With more than 25 years of experience across network, cable, streaming, digital, and interactive media, the company is dedicated to creating bold, original entertainment that blends creativity, innovation, and broad audience appeal.

Executive Producer

Experienced, creative entertainment executive and showrunner with over 25 years of experience across broadcast, cable, digital, and interactive platforms, Michael has developed, sold, and produced original scripted and unscripted formats worldwide, delivering hundreds of hours of television content.

His producing credits include major series such as Big Brother, Minute To Win It, Celebrity Apprentice, Generation Gap, House of Villains, Love Island, Best Time Ever, and Claim to Fame, as well as the hit competition series Beast Games for Amazon.

In addition to hands-on production, he has held senior creative and executive roles including Chief Creative Officer, Vice President of Development, and first-look deal partner, and has consulted on more than 75 shows for leading networks and production companies. Known for shaping globally successful formats and building scalable entertainment IP, he continues to work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and innovation in modern unscripted television.

SVP Development

Seasoned development executive, producer, and writer, Paige leads scripted and unscripted development at Lucky Butterfly Productions with a sharp creative instinct and a strong editorial voice. She is focused on identifying original, high-potential concepts and source material, with a particular emphasis on shaping compelling, character-driven storytelling across formats.

Paige plays a central role in guiding projects from early concept through full development, including creative consultation, writing, and structural refinement. She works closely across all stages of the process to ensure each project is creatively distinctive, strategically positioned, and execution-ready, helping shape both scripted and unscripted content into fully realized, market-ready formats.
